Information changes
Opening hours, menus, prices, dietary options, bookings and ferry and travel arrangements change — often without notice, and especially with the seasons and around public holidays. Every venue page shows when its hours were last checked. Before you rely on something that matters (a meal before a sailing, an allergy, a booking for a group), confirm it with the venue or the operator.
Not advice, not a booking service
Nothing on the site is a recommendation, rating or endorsement of a business. We don't take bookings, orders or payments, and we can't pass messages to venues. Dietary information is the venue's own claim; it is not a guarantee that food is free of any allergen.
Links to other sites
We link to venues' websites, menus, ordering and booking pages, Google Maps, ferry operators and our sister sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the site in good faith and as it is. To the extent New Zealand law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on it — for example a trip to a venue that turns out to be closed. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
